I {heart} MY PARENTS!!!

Day 6 of 40: So today has been a good one so far. i wasn't too much on the computer much yesterday cuz my shoulder was KILLING me and still is, but i managed to do a LO last night even though the pain was killing me!!! Its a LO i did over my parents. since they been married i think 25+ years i figured the message(title) best suited the pics i chose. "[IT’s] Not About the Details.....IT’s About the Big Picture" and that's exactly how my parents feel. they may not tell each other they love each other everyday cuz its known, so the small daily details don't really compare to the many years of love they shared..hence the BIG PICTURE of things all in one....well that's the message I'm trying to get across. but i cut out letters from magazines and spelled the words out of them and inked the edges with yellow red and blue blending into each other and the tag i inked it as well to make it look vintage like. oh the pictures of them are at the Dallas Arboretum..i caught them walking down this path and thought it was the cutest thing and that's the one i decided to use as the multi pic. and the other one they are in front of a waterfall....i love these pics of them!! Hopefully i can get some more done today but i doubt, i still gotta finish a swap im in, and finish organizing my tote. so hopefully i can get on the ball and start on some stuff since i dont have class tomorrow. But i still need to exercise, i had my rest day yesterday so now i gotta get back on it...i might go walking later on this evening as well. SO i talked to james just a while ago...i miss him soo much. they havent even started their training. But at least he called me to see if i was ok even though it was like a 2 minute call. i just want him to come home already. i miss having to cook for someone...oh well. well i guess i should go get some stuff done.

Hi! Thank you for your comments on my blog. I will create something with cats when I get a vintage piece to work with. I LOVE cats. I have two ragdolls that mean the world to me. :)
